REEL LIFE DANCE CLASSES

CIZE HIP HOP DANCE FITNESS

It's professional dance for everyday people, no experience necessary! Cize breaks down professionally choreographed routines, step-by-step. Before you know it, you'll be bustin' out hip hop moves to the hottest music around. It's so fun, you'll forget you're working out!

WHO: Teens and Adults

WHEN: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, 8:30-9:30am

             Teens only class, Thursday 4:15-5:15pm

CLASS FEE: $5 per class with punch card, $7 drop-in rate

COUNTRY DANCE FITNESS

Fun country-style dance moves to country music that build up to a whole dance routine. It will have you sweatin' and smilin' the whole time!

WHO: Teens and Adults

WHEN: Tuesday and Thursday 8:30-9:30am

CLASS FEE: $5 per class with punch card, $7 drop-in rate

BALLET BODY SCULPT

A ballet-inspired stretch and conditioning class for adults focusing on core strength development for better balance and moves to tone and strengthen the entire body. Incorporates stretching for better flexibility and across-the floor work. Classes are easy to follow, no experience necessary.

WHEN: Tuesday and Thursday, 9:30-10:30am

ZUMBA DANCE FITNESS
‚ÄčZumba is a fun dance fitness that incorporates Latin, Hip Hop, Country and Christian music for a fun hour of dancing and sweating!

WHO: Teens and Adults

WHEN: Thursdays, 6:00-7:00pm, Optional Abs 7:00-7:30pm

CLASS FEE: $5 per class

SOCIAL DANCE CLASSES

BALLROOM DANCE

Several social dances will be covered in the weeks to come: Waltz, Fox Trot, Rumba, Mambo, Polka, Two-Step, Tango, and others. You can come with or without a partner--we will pair you up! Sandra says her specialty is teaching beginner dancers to be comfortable on the dance floor and HAVE A GOOD TIME!

WHO:  Ages 12 and up welcome

WHEN: Every Friday from 6:00-7:00pm. Feel free to drop in when you can. No weekly commitment.

COUNTRY LINE DANCE

Many line dances will be taught, starting at the beginner level and gradually progressing. These are fun, simple dances that you can take straight to the dance floor! 

WHO:  Ages 12 and up welcome

WHEN: Every Saturday from 4:00-5:00pm. Feel free to drop in when you can. No weekly commitment.

DHAMMA VINYASA YOGA

In this class we are concerned with letting go of tension to achieve a beautiful level of bliss. Dhamma Vinyasa is a flowing yoga, moving from one posture to the next in a fun, athletic routine.
