What is it?

It's professional dance for everyday people, no experience necessary! This isn't one of those 

dance-lite workouts where you just shuffle your feet to the beat. Cize Live breaks down professionally choreographed routines, step-by-step. Before you know it, you'll be bustin' out hip hop moves to the hottest music around. It's so fun, you'll forget you're working out!

The class includes:

- warm up

- learn a Hip Hop dance while raising the heart rate and toning muscles 

- a cool down stretch

- arm toning with light hand weights

- an ab workout


A minimum of 2 classes a week is recommended in order to achieve results. You will need hand weights, a mat or towel, and a water bottle. For teens and adults.

$8 Drop-in fee, or Purchase a punch card of 20 classes for $140 (just $7 per class) and come as often as you want!

Dhamma Vinyasa Yoga- in Dhamma Vinyasa we are concerned with letting go of tension to achieve a beautiful level of bliss. Dhamma Vinyasa is a flowing yoga, moving from one posture to the next in a fun, athletic routine. 

Mondays and Wednesdays 10:00am and 6:00pm


Taiji (Tai Chi)- the ultimate way to release tension from the body and improve health. A gentle, simple exercise to learn the process of relaxing the body and mind. 

Mondays and Wednesdays 11:00am and 7:00pm

Kung Fu- A fun way to learn self-defense and achieve self-confidence. Attain a skillful level of discipline of the body and mind while learning an ancient method of self-protection.

Mondays and Wednesdays 12:00pm and 8:00pm
