"REEL" LIFE FITNESS CLASSES

CIZE HIP HOP DANCE FITNESS

It's professional dance for everyday people, no experience necessary! Cize breaks down professionally choreographed routines, step-by-step. Before you know it, you'll be bustin' out hip hop moves to the hottest music around. It's so fun, you'll forget you're working out!

Teens and Adults, Monday through Saturday, 8:15am-9:15am, $5 per class with punch card

BALLET STRETCH

Stretch for flexibility, strengthen your core for balance, and tone your legs and arms with

Ballet-inspired moves.

Teens and Adults, Monday and Wednesday, 9:15-9:45am, $5 per week

INSANITY

Cardio and plyometric drills with intervals of strength, power, resistance, and core training. It all happens in long bursts of maximum-intensity exercises with short periods of rest so you can burn maximum calories.

Class Fee: $6 for 5 or more classes or $7 per class

DHAMMA VINYASA YOGA

In this class we are concerned with letting go of tension to achieve a beautiful level of bliss. Dhamma Vinyasa is a flowing yoga, moving from one posture to the next in a fun, athletic routine.
